I think what he meant by "venus tour", are the couple of dates Tori will be playing after the 5.5 weeks one (ie. the Texas shows, Portland, Seattle etc.) You'll find them all on the Dent, marked as "Tori-Only". She's basically playing the cities the 5.5 weeks tour didn't cover.
