I was on row DD in Mezzanine and could see VERy well! Tori's Mom, Dad, and cousins came right through the front entrance and walked passed me. Tori's dad had a cane. Guees he's getting a little less youthful. And I would like to say that the roadies at this show were fairly rude. I mean they were friendly, but one of them came up to us and goes, "HEY! YOU SEE THAT GUY" she points at Joel (NOT MARK!). "You know how the new album came about right, the misscarriage, well it was his baby! Can you believe he and Tori!" I felt like smacking her across the ground. BUt I don't believe guys should hit girls so....... Anyway, I was able to listen to soundcheck from outside. I heard Siren, God, and Sugar. The Concert Setlist: Precious Things Spark God Tori says her cousins are there and I think she said it was her B-day. The striking black-and-white clip, directed by James Brown (Finley Quaye, Apollo 440, Mansun), is particularly noteworthy for its clever integration of documentary footage of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis -- a lyrical inspiration for the song -- during the 'Camelot' years. The video is slated to make its MTV debut Sunday night, August 16th, during the network's 120 Minutes program. Then, on September 8th, a special "Jackie's Strength" Enhanced CD single will hit retail outlets nationwide. The disc, which also includes the previously unreleased tracks "Never Seen Blue" and "Beulah Land," contains the Brown- directed "Jackie's Strength" video and the rare companion clip to "Raspberry Swirl" (previously released overseas only) for the enjoyment of CD- ROM users. Just to _own?_ no one can own music- music is an experience, not a commodity. I am _NOT_ flaming those who do collect, because if it is something that brings you joy, that is great. I am just sharing my feelings on the subject. I was at the awesome Richmond show Tuesday as well as the M&G before and after the show...I was wearing a drew barrymore planet hollywood tank top and jeans, I had glitter on my eyes if anybody out there cares. Mostly I was looking for two things. First, a recording! I can send blanks, trade, or send copies of the photos my mom took at the M&G before when I get them back. Second, I'm sorry to post this to the whole list, but I'm looking for this one guy that was at the M&G afterwards. He said he lived in Roanoke, he had the set list written on his arm,he and I sang "Dream On" and he was right behind me. So if he's out there or somebody who knows him or is willing to get me a copy of the show would please email me, I would declare myself to be...well,...almost grateful enough to give them my spleen! It was a big deal to EWF/Toriphiles because it was the last show, and many of us traveled there to be with Tori on her last night. I couldn't go however, personal circumstances made me give up my tickets, but I have the bootleg of both nights, and it seemed to me that the last night was very emotional. I am definatley NOT going tomiss this one. When we know for sure what the last show will be, I think we should all hop on a plane and go wherever....
