A petite but not unattractive photo of the chanteuse is also included. Haven't seen the video myself in any British shop, yet, so I wonder - where the hell did Q get it from?... One last thing, this may be old news to all you American fans, but here in the UK the ongoing joke about T is that she was arrested for indecently assaulting a Bossendorfer. Well, ha bloody ha. Toodles, Doron, Manchester. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 29 Nov 1997 14:46:03 GMT From: Alicia Subject: Re: Bosey or Bust Hi (it's been such a long time since I don't post), I went to a music store to ask if they would *ever* have a B=F6sendorfer to sell, and the guy looked at me and said no, because nobody buys them here and they're about 3 times more expensive than regular pianos, so would I settle for some other piano? I wasn't going to buy it!=20 And some time after that I was with another ewf talking about B=F6si= es and she said that it was the only piano Tori ever played, and that if you sat her in front of any other she wouldn't play. I've never been to any of her concerts, the only time I saw her unplugged was right after I had heard her for the first time, so the only live apparition of her I can remember well is in the Precious Things video, in which she plays a Yamaha.=20 Well, my point here is, would she play in another piano if she had to? I mean, just because she loves B=F6sendorfers doesn't mean she hates all the others, right? Love, Alicia=20 =20 "you're already in there, i'll be wearing your tattoo..." ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 29 Nov 1997 19:28:52 -0800 From: Deborah Nazarian Subject: Tori in cosmo article hi don't post much, but thought i'd let you all know that there's a small little article on Tori in the november issue of cosmopolitan magazine on page 252. the article is called "celebrity hand signals"--where celebrities' palms are read. there's a cute little picture of Tori with her palms raised in front of her face. here's what the "palm reader" had to say: "Tori's head line goes straight down into the creative part of her palm--she's definitely in the right field. i sense that she'll write a song that another female performer will sing and that will make her a lot of money. there's a major cut in her life line, so she has to be careful with her health. Tori will either marry or live with a singer of a popular band." hmmm...pretty interesting, but i really hope that Tori won't have any problems healthwise take care, debbie ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V2 #339 *************************************
