Sorry to cause all that confusion and stuff over speculating on Tori's bisexuality. As Richard pointed out, I probably should have worded my inquiry in another way, in order to show that I'm not stating a fact. Ever since I first heard it, "The Pool" sounded like an experience with another woman of sorts, probably under great disapproval: "One with her hands open No one will know it, she says Just you and me. And when it's over, I'll go back." It's just my own personal reflection. Then again, we all know Tori, and the fact that she can look at things from other perspectives. So I might be reading too much into this, but I don't know. And why am I snooping so much into someone else's life? Just because they're famous doesn't give me the right to ask these questions, yes? Well...when it's a favorite artist we're talking about, and that part of their personal life influences their art, I am curious. I like to know about the art that inspires me, and what inspires it. I don't like to know about their entire personal life, because that's none of my business, but I like to know how they got from point A to point B. If that includes part of their personal life, that will interest me. If not, it's none of my beezwax. They are also more likely to crush each other rushing the stage, push each other out of the way at a ticket counter or record store, and pretty much shoot each other down when it comes to opinions and computer virus warnings. I think many people would benefit from these two words: Lighten up. David (People feeling the need to defend themselves so strongly that the use of asterisks was needed! Oh my!) At present there are no e-mail viruses that your computer can "catch" just from reading your mail. This may change in the future of course. For now, the only way to get a virus from e-mail is to save an attached message that is actually an executable file. Every so often someone thinks it humorous to start a new virus rumor and watch the usenet and e-mail messages fly. Some of those in the recent past have included the Good Times, Irina, Penpal greetings and Deeyenda. If you're really interested in this area of cyberfolklore may I suggest: 1. AOL doesn't need any help to look bad. :-) Personally, I think the whole thing is pretty funny. Thanks for the laugh. Well, I suppose this calls for more speculation, but last night, as I was trying to get to sleep I was wondering if maybe Tori was going to try to release the duet with Michael Stipe on the 'Great Expectations' soundtrack. I realize that the song is probably stylistically very different from what she is doing now (at least from what you were saying, Richard), but does anyone have any thoughts on that? Also, and sorry to ask this if it's an inappropriate forum, but does anyone have the info for the Tori boot list? I have looked through various FAQs and can't find it anywhere. If someone could pass it on, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a billion! Although she has said she wants to have that released one day, since she is apparently recording *new* tracks for the GE soundtrack, it seems unlikely that she'll be releasing that on *this* soundtrack. But, yeah, there certainly is some speculation involved in thinking that. BTW, in case anyone *else* out there has been unaware that enclosing a word inside asterisks is the ASCII equivalent of italicizing it, now you know. CAPITALIZING A WORD (like so), is the equivalent to screaming, and generally not a nice thing.
