If "Professional Widow" is indeed a song intending to slag Courtney Love off, then doesn't that actually make Tori a Cornflake Girl? I mean, her writing and singing such a song negates the principles of raisin girls. Slightly puzzled, Doron. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 22 Apr 1997 13:41:09 -0400 (EDT) From: A Wee Little Girl With a Can of Gasoline Subject: Re: Courtney Girl On Tue, 22 Apr 1997, Doron wrote: > Ahm... > I just had a very strange thought. The easy answer is to believe what she has repeatedly said, that it's not about Courtney, that it's about a side of her personality, and then there's no problem. Anyway, why would she put a song about Courtney on an album that's all about her and her relationships with men? Don't take it personally, because i'm not aiming this at you, but i just don't understand why this rumor won't die. -=-laurie ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :: You live your life like a canary in a coal mine :: :: You get so dizzy even walking in a straight line :: :: The Police :: :: reason let others give and realness bring :: :: ask the always impossible of me :: :: eecummings :: ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 22 Apr 1997 17:51:25 -0400 (EDT) From: Delirium Subject: Re: Courtney Girl hmmm... not necesarily... an opinion about someone and "Cornflake Girl"-ish compettition is very different. I mean, someone could really not like Hilary Clinton because of politics or ethisc or whatever (just so you know, I like her!) and say something about her... that wouldn't make it a female/female competition, because if that person was a male they'd probably say the same thing....
