Subject: Tori Amos Covered on CD - soundsamples on WWW!

Hi,

There are now two weeks left to order the Tori Amos Covered CD.
For those of you who don't know what this project is, it is a 70 minute
compilation of fans covering Tori Amos in various musical reworkings. This
CD release is a once-only item, which will also be strictly personalized, so
you know you have an original item. 

Now, in support of the project and its sales, a new homepage has been made
on http://www.bart.nl/~mfgr/toricovered.html . During 20th of May and 31st
of May several soundsamples will be available, enabling people to listen to
pieces of the covers. All samples are in 8 bit mono, to save space. 

So, how to get "Tori Covered"?

If you're not Tori Amos (who got her CD totally free on March 15th), you
will have to pay $36 for each disc you order. When not living in Holland,
it's preferable to send a check for the appropriate amount. Some people have
sent cash, and it has all arrived, but you can do it at your own risk only!

If you want to order one or more CD's, please e-mail me, and I will send you
the correct address to send the money to, as well as a complete tracklisting. 

If you order & send in your money BEFORE JUNE 1st, you will receive the CD
during the month of June!
(When e-mailing, please state the mailing list you read this. But that's
just to satisfy my own curiosity...)

AFTER JUNE 1st THE CD WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE!!!

Subject: TA on eMTyV

   Hello,
   Stumbled upon 3min bit on Tori on eMTyV News, it inclu. some of 
5-13-96 live in Virgin superstore and some interview stuff.  I don't know 
if this was part of last week's Week in Rock and played on Sun or if it 
will be replayed in *this* Week in Rock coming up.  They warned me so I 
had time to tape it.   People who get "this close" tell Tori *their* 
stories as related to her songs and this keeps her "from getting jaded as 
a performer".  The Bosendorfer(sp?) is hand-made and has some of the 
spirit of those who worked on it still in the wood and keys.
