That's an excellent question. Remember I wrote that waaay before Sept 11. I am interested in finding out myself. I would understand if they didn't. I'd be sad but I'd understand. Everyone that goes to the early shows please let us all know. If you don't personally bring them please do look around to see if any one else is using some. I've seen Tori at many venues over the years & never had mine taken away or questioned. Of course that was before Sept 11, 2001 :-( Curious myself Toodles ~ MysT *** In a message dated 9/28/01 10:23:20 PM Pacific Daylight Time, owner-precious-things-digest@smoe.org writes: << Date: Fri, 28 Sep 2001 00:28:06 EDT From: JNe9027355@aol.com Subject: Re: precious-things-digest V6 #161 In a message dated 9/5/2001 10:21:40 PM Pacific Daylight Time, owner-precious-things-digest@smoe.org writes: > Remember your binoculars EWF, even if they are the cheapy 5 > buck ones. I'm feeling gloatatious because I managed to snag myself three tickets to see Tori at The Clyde Auditorium on the 5th December. In the second row. Of the Stalls. Right in the centre. If anyone in the Uk would like to see this show you can 'phone one of two numbers: 0870 040 4000 - this is the Clyde Auditorium Box Office 0141 287 5511 - this is the Candleriggs ticket sales office. They sell tickets for all Glasgow venues (the major ones at least) but they do not open until 10 am (GMT). Hope everybody had a good night last night! Sta Funk Laura PS. If anyone knows the address for the Tori Tour European forum, please pass the message on. I must have deleted the address, I can't find it. - -- _______________________________________________ Have you downloaded the latest calling software from Net2Phone? This kind of came out of nowhere. Even before Sept. 11 I was planning to do an essay on SLG, just because it's THAT kind of album, but the more I thought about it and the more I thought about everything that's happened, it made sense to write about it this way: http://echoes.devin.com/slg.html Warning: it's very, very long and takes some concentration... so make yourself a cup of tea and enjoy. Beth - -- "If a two-pound pipe bomb is a 'weapon of mass destruction,' then what do people think that a 2,000-pound steel-encased bomb is? I find it ironic, to say the least, that one of the aircraft that could be used to drop such a bomb on Iraq is dubbed 'The Spirit of Oklahoma.'" I have never been so entertained in my life. It was by far better than any show I have ever seen of hers. I don't know if it was just because of the selection of songs she played, or if it was because it was just her and her piano, or because I had such good seats, but all of them combined made it the show of my life. I thought I was going a little too far when I got tickets to all three of her shows in Florida, but I do not regret it in the least now. I'm getting ready to leave for Clearwater so I gotta go! Just wanted to tell you guys how great it was and hope you have fun at your show when you go!!! *Angela* ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V6 #184 *************************************
