Does this mean that the band played with her on this song at this particular venue and that there is an arrangement with the band on this song live? >> I have the bootleg of this show, she's playing it with the band. I like it, it gives the song a little kick, but its not the same as her playing solo :) ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 20 May 2001 07:10:36 -0400 From: /dev/woj Subject: Re: The Tribute Album when we last left our heroes, Dracovixen@aol.com exclaimed: > What was the original track listing for the tribute album? I think that solo shows seem the most likely, and, at first, I was thrilled with this. I was not fortunate enough to have known of Tori's music back when she was touring solo and I feel like I missed out. On further reflection, I'm not sure I like the idea of her touring solo. It means that a lot of her songs--Raspberry Swirl, Hotel, Cruel, Riot Poof, Spring Haze--won't get played on this tour. If they are played they'll be vastly rearranged (I don't really know that I want to hear a solo piano version of Raspberry Swirl). So, I hope she means small venues or something that none of us have considered yet. I think that instead of solo tour, it would be great if she did a short set with the band and short set solo, adding up to one great concert. I'm sure that won't happen, but I think it would rock. OK, I am just glad she's touring at all, no matter how she's touring Toodles, Tom _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V6 #87 ************************************
