I was going to post about this over the weekend, but it got away from me...

I tried to tape that show TWICE (12/24 and 1/6) and both times, it was
replaced by something else.  My third (and apparently last) hope was the
1/9 showing at 7pm, and as you saw, that was replaced, too.  I even tried
taping three hours before it was scheduled, just to make sure my cable
company hadn't switched to airing VH1 on tape delay.  Nope.  The show
scheduled for 4:00 (a Tina Turner concert) was on at 4:00.

Stupid stupid VH1!

All the other shows scheduled around the times when this was supposed to be
on were shown when they were supposed to be.  It seems to have just been
Rockstar Makeovers that got booted.

I was really pissed off, too.  I think I'm gonna write an angry letter.
(Should I start it off with "Dear Stupid Stupid VH1"?)

I didn't even want to see the show for Tori so much as to see the makeovers
of ALL the people, because I love it when Kevin makes people up to look so
different than they normally do.  (Actually, I thought his "makeover" of
Tori this time wasn't all that impressive.  She looked beautiful,
certainly, but it wasn't at all creative and she didn't look any different
than she normally does.  Geez, make her up to look like Bette Davis or Joan
of Arc or Debbie Harry or something!  Something really out there.  Kevin
can absolutely pull this off, so I'm disappointed when he doesn't.  With
Tori, I mean.  He usually will with other people, and often has with her
too, but not every time.)
