are you sure about that? over the weekend, i bought a copy of glory #2 with
the correct tracks ("baker baker" and "winter") from my local music
emporium. the week before, when i stopped in looking for the mucked-up
single, the owner said that he had ordered them, but then decided to cancel
the order when he heard about the screw-up. i told him i was interested in
a copy of the screwed-up single and he said he'd track one down for me and
to check back in a week. when i came back, he said that he was unable to
get the screwed-up single, but that it had been re-issued with the correct
tracks. sure enough, this copy (which is an UK single) has the right songs.
so either only some of the singles were mispressed or, perhaps, it was just
the first batch which was messed up. who knows? i'm sure atlantic will
never tell...

fr what it's worth, the catalog numbers of the correct and incorrect glory
#2 singles i have are identical.
