Someone at the (i think) Washington, DC show gave the book to Richard Handal (sp?) in Denny's. So Richard told me to meet him at the Camden, NJ show around 3:30pm...then I wrote him a letter saying how I lived far (4 hours) and I was leaving at 11am which I wouldn't make it to the venue at that time so I said I will DEFINATELY be there at 6...6:30pm well I was. I looked around for a half hour and I saw him. He told me he gave some other girls the book to take to Holmdel, NJ. This wasn't too good cause we all set up a meeting place at the Holmdel show. So I asked around and people did sign it...although I didn't see it at all for the two NJ nights. SO I am very sorry everyone, as you can see it really wasn't my fault. Things just got wacky at the DC show. I myself am dissapointed I didn't get to sign the book...but shit happens. Also, Jedi babe! The differance between Tori and Alanis is that Tori doesn't say "thank you" at the end of every song, but she does make small talk with us. I will open it up to other trades later. The quality is about a B+ . The security was very tight and walking up and down the sides of the aisles and watching people, so I had a hard time concealing everything sometimes, so the sound is muffled at times. For those of you wondering, it will take a little while to get this on CDR, but I will let you know when its ready. I won't be selling it though, just trading it. The crowd was rough (in my opinion). I didn't really get a chance to enjoy Tori to be hinest with you. I was so peranoid about security (I was the last seat in my aisle, close to the stage too), and there was a lot of unnecessary screaming and FIGHTING. I must say though, I was also impressed with Alanis. I like a few of her songs, but never considered myself a fan. But she is so energetic on stage, she gets you PUMPED. Anyway, that's it for now. I love 'Raspberry Swirl' and 'She's Your Cocaine', they are two of me fav's! from 'FTCH', very much power of a woman, men are so down there!, and hey they're funky tunes!. I remember too 'Raspberry Swirl' was well received by the 'British' press, who seem to be quite impressed by Tori's new 'band' music..the fact she produces a different sound for each album, thus never produces anything 'boring', she is even 'reinventing' old songs, putting new sparks into the lives of such songs as 'precious things' and 'horses', which I can only see as a step forward. It shows Tori isn't afraid to experiment in any damn way she pleases!!. However 'Liquid Diamonds' I can hardly ever be arsed to play anymore. I agree though Baltimore is a bit crap, not unlike the sound quality, very American early 1980's in sound also 'Walking With You' was pretty awful, however I find these songs damn catchy!, I've only played 'Cool On Your Island' twice and I can't get it out of my conk!
