There hasn't been any precise plans yet, working on ideas right now. I'm wanting to get together a get together before and after the show. Atlanta has a wonderful night life. For people that are getting there much earlier in the day, we're trying to put together a picnic. I know some people are wanting to go to some shops, or tourist places in atlanta, which will be planned too. I'm looking forward to meeting tori fans. The list is on onelist. I will not dispute Susan's unfortunate experience and I am sorry that happened, but I do have to say that I dealt with Tori's touring staff or directors on many occasions and I always found them to be nice and fair people. Perhaps that was a bad day or maybe there was a death threat or something that day that kept people from Tori (That stuff does happen I am sad to say...) I think it was priced so highly simply because it is an import. I don't think it is worth it to you unless you are a VERY intense collector. You can get the Purple People track elsewhere, and other than that, I believe the album is the same. I don't even know if they changed the cd sleeve to reflect that PP is on there. Does it have the lyrics? In that case, I'd like to see it, but I definitely don't think it's worth spending 30 bucks on. Here's the latest update on the tour scrapbook: we have *no one* doing *anything* for the shows on September 14, 15, and 16! if you're going, please visit the site to get all of the info you need, or if you don't have web access, e-mail me. Also, we need people to carry the scrapbook from: - --------------------- Tampa to Atlanta Nashville to Charlotte DC to Camden Buffalo to Columbus Indianapolis to Toronto Toronto to Pittsburgh Pittsburgh to Chicago Detroit to Cincinatti Cincinatti to Milwaukee Milwaukee to Minneapolis Minneapolis to Concord - ----------------------------- If anyone is doing a 2 or more show run with these places and can carry the scrapbook, it would be greatly appreciated! :o) Otherwise, we encounter some serious problems in making this work. I have a backup plan in case we don't get someone to carry to each show...but I'd rather not use that method! :o) And we always would love to have more people contribute to the scrapbook at each show! Visit the Project 5 1/2 Weeks site at http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Diner/9269 for more info and how to contribute at your show! :o) Take care everyone. I wonder if Satie was in her conservatory education somewhere? - --Abbe ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V4 #201 *************************************
