It's very LAME of Tori to put that into a *public forum* like a video and then expect people to not be curious about what it means. Very lame indeed. IMO if it's in a video we're free to inquire about it. Sure, she's free to not satisfy our curiosity, but we can't be blamed for wondering (or speculating). I ordered it from eBay, and for a great deal of $42!! I was looking at the More Pink CD today and I noticed a slight error. Track 9, here. in my head, is shown as "Hear, In My Head" on my CD. Were all the CD's made like this or is this just an error on certain ones? THere are a lot of characters that simply could not be depicted by only humans, and they need some "other" characters. SO i think that the use of tori as a voice for one of these characters is possible. And we all know that if Stardust ever becomes a movie, tori will definitely have a part, as she is the tree =) But I was also thinking, and I know that this is THE longest shot, what if tori played Door? if you think about it, the description of Door, tori certainly matches her. just drop her in a dumpster and give her the power to make doors, and *voila* lol. anyways ~* jo§h ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 2 Jul 1999 13:49:27 -0400 From: "Susan Stewart" Subject: Re: If 6 was 9 question Yep, I like this song, and that's probably where Tori gets the "When pianos try to be guitars" thingy. but don't quote me cause I CAN be a misinformed faery. Now this might be something for the tour junkies to answer or throw their two cents on the fire. See, earlier today, I was cleaning out my room, getting ready to move and I came acrossed my Tori books. I have 'em up on my bookshelve with all my other favorite reading materials, but I have to say I haven't looked at 'em since I first got 'em. So I was browsing through the back of "All These Years" and started looking at the tour dates. I noticed how Tori used to tour a lot more back then... at least, hitting the midwest a lot more. Now that I have money and am old enough to goto all these concerts, I always get pissed at bands and artists for stopping in OH & IL 3 or 4 times on their tours, but only hitting IN once, maybe twice if we're lucky. But looking back on Tori's old tour dates, I noticed she made 3 or 4 stops in Indiana, with every tour, except the Plugged 98. She only stopped twice... W.Lafayette, which really surprised me, because they don't get many big named people up there, even if it is home to Purdue... and Indianapolis, which if somebody does tour through here, 98% of the time, that's where they stop. I know I should be greatful (and I am) that she even stops here at all, but whatever happened to the college towns? Is it because, even though she's nowhere near as mainstream as say Alanis or Britney Spears (don't even bitch - I wasn't comparing them... I was just throwing out examples), that maybe she is growing more popular with every album? I mean, there's been talk about how bad the meetngreets were on the last tour and also how there's now a younger audience for Tori. I guess I'm just a jealous cornfolk who's envious of the New Yorkers or the Californians who get her like 3 or 4 times, opposed to only once or twice. Ohh well... I guess one Tori show is a hell of a lot better than no Tori show! =) ~Shai Shaigirl's E-Mail-> shaigirl79@hotmail.com AOL's Instant Messenger-> shaigirl79 Bootie Call-> http://glenmar.com/~mmb/booties.html _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
