I've got two questions. First, I just bought the "Goddess" bootie, and I love the version of Never Seen Blue that she does. I noticed that there are parts of that version that sound a little like the song For Mark that she does on the "Wild Horses" bootie. As far as I know, the only time she's ever performed For Mark is on that boot. Does anyone know if these two songs are somehow connected? Also, just a little bit of information to pass on related to a thread from a couple of weeks ago. We were talking about how certain songs on Choirgirl seem to reflect some of Tori's biggest influences (The Beatles, Led Zeppelin...) Well, I was listening to Jimi Hendrix's song Voodoo Chile the other day (the long version, not the short version) and there is a line in the song... "I'm flowing liquid diamonds..." Sorry if this is repeated info, but I thought I'd share! I don't know, it's all brilliant. :D John === ain't no way i lost this war and ain't no way you won _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I knew that they were on the internet for a month prior, but I decided to go the more conservative route. When I found out where the seats were located, I found out that I was somewhere in the back of the Target Center!... and I was one of the first people in line to buy tickets!!! My question then is this: The next time I want to get tickets and have to do it online, what website do I go to? Ticketmaster.com? If not this one, where else? And, is it safe and/or reliable? Thank you for any help. Ken M _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Hi there, On the subject of Pele (since it's on the brain always:)) I'd thought i'd share a little thing that I saw recently. In the movie 'Ronin' (which was so long) there is a part where a Russian ice skater (female) is skating and she dies on the ice...I now only thought of the song since, and although it may be irrelevant, i'm forever loving Talula..so I thought it was interesting ;-) And the girl's boyfriend didn't even mind...oh dear.. When I first started listening to Tori, BFP came out when I was going through some very *rough* times...and unconsciously i've been listening to it always + after and regarding it as the most provocative and loved album...although it's always hard to distinguish what Tori album is my favourite...BFP is up there completely.
