I was watching that movie "Toys" last night with Robin Williams in it and a couple other stars. Tori's "Happy Worker" was on while they were dancing to it and making toys. So that is where it came from! I have always loved that song, I'm guessing it's on the "Toys soundtrack" if there is one. Hey everyone. Last year, I used to trade with a girl named Amber Phinney, a resident of Georgia, (DREAMSHELF@aol.com, DREAMSHELV@aol.com, and she had a Juno addy). Anyway, she was always a good trader. But, I gave her Sugar Baby and After Burn over a year ago and she never sent my tapes (October 23 1996 Miami, October 19 1996 Clearwater FL) and she mysteriously was no longer on AOL, and my 15 letters seemed to have not gotten to her through snail mail. So, can anyone help? Joe ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 9 Nov 1998 17:54:18 EST From: RavFlight@aol.com Subject: Frog on my Toe... I have read a little bit of discussion about 'Frog on my Toe', and who it is. Well, this one I can answer with almost certainty. When she came to Phoenix, on the first of two shows that evening.. She grabbed the mic and turned around on her stool and told us that the last time she was in Phoenix she and a group of her friends got a hold of a bottle of tequila and got all out smashed...and she wrote this song during that binge.. She said that even she isn't really sure what it means, but she still likes the song. So, as far as the information that I have is concerned, Frog on my Toes isn't about anything.. Just drunken Tori poetic gibberish. :) ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 10 Nov 1998 02:35:06 EST From: HapyFantm@aol.com Subject: Tori's last setlist poll I'd like to take a poll of songs everyone would like to see played at the final show on the tour in East Lansing on Dec 3, 1998. There is a new device called the RIO and it is a hand held device that can store up to 60 minutes of MP3's for about 200$, slated for release next month? Which the record industry is trying to block from release b/c it's main use seems to be for pirating MP3's ? Go figure? What do you MP3 maestro's think about this lil' gadget? (I even collect television shows... including Northern Exposure) I will trade a copy of that for some Tori Amos...or Ani Difranco..bootlegs. I have quite a few rare things for quite a few artists (And quite a few rare artists on top of that.) Contact me for a list...and we can begin trading. Below are some of the Tori Amos rarities I have So, as I said..I do have a few rarites...of both Tori Amos and Ani Difranco...but not a ton..and I would love to have more. The US version hasn't been released yet. You've got the European one if it's in a jewel case, and the Australian one if it's in a cardboard sleeve. The "fruity cover" you're talking about is actually from the European promo for RS.
