I read the lyrics >the >first time through and then put the book away. I haven't read them >since >(altho' I still pursue the hidden stuff). This music is ear candy. I agree that the songs of choirgirl are "ear candy"! The songs really do have distinct "personas", and as a budding writer myself, the songs kind of guide me and my stories when I write. Its not so much that the songs inspire the stories, but the songs accompany the characters in my writing. . . Its hard to derive symbols from her songs since her music is so strong and the songs stand on their own. Its much more fun to just absorb myself in the lyrics and the tune. . . it is what it is, and its beautiful. I know this sounds out there, but I think fellow Toriphiles who love Tori and her music as much as I do will understand where I'm coming from. . . Callie The little man wanted to break the chain in two and of course he couldn't do it. The big man broke it very easily. The little man wanted to slip right through. The big man held him by the sleeve, bent down and whispered in his ear: "we'll keep this to ourselves." And both of them laughed heartily. - -Wassily Kandinsky _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
