KNDD 107.7 will be giving away tickets sometime soon. I did not catch a date or specific time for this, but I assume it will be during the morning show with Andy Savage (because they were the ones to announce it). They also had a little Tori trivia contest this morning, where they gave away autographed items, 7"s, singles, etc. Unless you were near a phone at that time you didn't have any chance of winning, because they just picked the first caller they thought had a good question or could answer the good question. The questioner and answerer had to share the bag of Tori treats. Good luck to those of you who try to win tickets. I think that contest will be a little more organized than the trivia contest was, but who knows. Could Atlantic have made yet >another mistake? Can anyone find this information online right now? Erm, I just logged in there again, and it's right on the opening screen {after you do the "enter Atlantic" stuff, and then have two Netscape windows open: one with the "enter Atlantic stuff, and the other window, which is lacking functionality {no back button, no Location: info given} with the Tori stuff in there}. In fact, all the info on this page is all Tori for me. Down the left column, it has links for what I quoted above, plus "Tori Amos On Sale Dates", "The Definitive Tori Amos Update", and "Tori Amos Sneak Peak 'Plugged' Tour Announced". Awhile ago, Atlantic had something on their page where it asked for your information {name, rank, serial number} and what Atlantic artists you were interested in. I only put in Tori, and ever since then, every time I go to the Atlantic site, I automatically get a screenful of all the Tori info they've got. I'd give you the direct URL if I could, but the second window it opens doesn't have that information. However, I find it interesting that the window has the on-sale dates that everyone said were put up and then taken down again. I know this information isn't still in my cache {'cause I've never viewed it on this machine, plus I only keep 24 hours worth of cache around}. *shrug* Dunno how to explain it any better. If anyone has any more questions, email me off-list and we'll try to get it worked out. :) I'll try to find the information from my machine at work {which isn't registered with Atlantic} and see if I can find the same info. /nad ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 08 Apr 1998 17:05:47 -0500 From: Jack Lobingier Subject: Siren is more expensive Siren is 2 dollars more than Intergalactic Garage.
