Delirium is *not* based on Tori, although as you mentioned, after Neil and Tori met, the two seemed to "borrow" from each other. Delirium was based on several other people Gaiman knew long before he ever met Tori... However, after he met Tori Delirium started to get "peppered" with Tori-isms... BUt this is all irrelevant because Vertigo's "Winter's Edge" contains a story about *Desire* (Delirium's older sister/brother) not Delirium... Bright Blessings and Lollipops! This prompts an interesting story.. Well, not so interesting but it does prove just how obsessive I am. When we saw Tori in West Palm Beach, FL last year, we decided to run by a local Baldwin dealer... They're the only store in south florida that carries Bosendorfers.... We went in to hopefully just look at one of the instruments... They were out... But you know in the back of our minds the possibility of tori walking in was ever present... How obsessive is that? By the way, several months later I actually got to play one... a 6'7" beauty... They are the best pianos made.. No arguement there... and on day I will own one...
