Does anyone know what the following is: Don't Use!/Use 82399 -USI CD A local record store gave me the listing of all the "unavailable" tori stuff she could get, and this was amongst the list. We're not sure if this is actually a CD, or if it is just a swap of ISBN #'s. Does anyone know? Well they had a marathon today and i didn't see all of it but i did watch for several hours (OK so i was bored and lazy) but i did not see tori. They had 2 different melissa ethridge videos, and the info on them was pretty cool. One of her videos was on a segment called "women first" and i got excited b/c i thought "this MUST be the segment they included tori in" but alas, my soulsister was not there. I was wondering if anyone saw tori's pop up video today, or any other time, and which video it was, and if you can remember any of the pop up facts about it? oh..just in case some of you don't have or watch VH1, i'll explain pop up videos to you. it's a 30 min segment on VH1 (usually just comes on randomly, i think? today they had a marathon) and they pick some videos. Then they have this little bubble pop up on your screen with some factoid about the band, the song, or just some worthless peice of info in some way or the other relating to the song. Some people find it very annoying, and i agree if you've never seen the particular video before it can be irritating, however if you have seen the video before it can be interesting and funny to read the bubbles. ok enough rambling for now :) toodles, jeannie jlc9@netdoor.com http//www2.netdoor.com/~jlc9 (a page needing much help) ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 22 Mar 1997 20:30:12 -0800 From: Figg Subject: Re: pop up video Jeannie Cook wrote: > > i remember some one mentioning here (or maybe tori news?) that they had a > tori video on VH1's pop up video. I read on the list that they dropped Tori's video because it wasn't "poppable" enough. They do, however, plan to include her eventually. It was supposed to be "God." Go figure. They could've talked about god, religious revivals, snakes, what she says during the solo, information about Tori, her fans on the Internet, etc....not poppable enough? 'shyeah right ;) > oh..just in case some of you don't have or watch VH1, i'll explain pop up > videos to you. it's a 30 min segment on VH1 (usually just comes on > randomly, i think? today they had a marathon) and they pick some videos. > It's also on at 7:00 in the morning.
