About a month ago someone posted on rmta that there was going to be a sort of spotlight on Tori on a local Toronto radio show (102.1 The Edge, once known as CFNY) called "The Ongoing History of New Music". This is a really good show, so it should be pretty interesting. I wasn't going to post until I knew for sure that this was really happening, and I still don't know but since time is running out, I thought I'd post it anyway. Anyone on the list from the Toronto area? Also, if anyone is interested, due to some unfortunate circumstances I have some extra tix to Tori's shows in Toronto on Tues May 28th. They are pretty good seats (2nd row centre section) and I am selling them for what they cost me, $33.50 Canadian. If you're interested, pls let me know ASAP and tell me you heard it on Precious Things! Steve - ----------------------------------------------------------------- Steve Ito, | "Life is pain, Highness. My first post although I've been lurking for quite sometime. (yeah, yeah so what! = ) Anyway, I know something mentioned about the availability or unavailability of this a couple of months ago on RDT, but I can't find the issue and need an answer quick. So, here's my question... How difficult it is to obtain a copy of the YKTR? The reason I'm asking is that I just called around to a couple of music stores and happened to stumble upon a place which sells new and used CDs that just obtained an import of YKTR a few days ago. I'm wondering if it could be the "real thing" and if so is there a way to tell? It is offered at $26.99. Please someone e mail me privately as to the price offer and any other information you could give regarding this matter. Time is of the essence, as I have put this CD on hold and am planning on picking it up after work today.
