Packing and moving back to Oz in a couple mths tho (quit my hateful job this week YAY!). The amt of crap I've accumulated in the last three years... *sigh* oh boy... I'm guessing it's Kinokuniya or Borders that has the book? Pls let it be Borders cos some friends just gave me a gift card from there and I have two mths to spend it. As for Amazon, I've ordered from them a bunch of times and my books always arrived within the stipulated time frame. Haven't ordered anything in the last 4-5 years though, so perhaps things have changed? But I just ordered something off the Apple online store in Singapore and I've been yelling at them the past couple days cos 5-7 days shipping suddenly became 2-3 weeks. Idiots. But as long as it arrives before I leave, no one has to die. auds - --- yee ling wrote: > Heehee... nice pic there. > > Anyway, I'm new to this list. Kinokuniya (Sydney store) does have the book - I haven't been to the store to find that out yet, but according to here: http://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-bin/bookseaohb.cgi?ISBN=076791676X&AREA=06 - - they are selling it @ $35.98. For non-Sydneysiders, you can order online, it's probably faster to deliver from Sydney than from the states, I guess. What a temptation two weeks before uni exams. r. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 4 Jun 2005 07:17:55 +0100 (BST) From: Audrie Tiong Subject: Re: [oztori] Piece by Piece I just bought Piece By Piece from Borders here in Singapore at S$42.95, which is roughly about A$34. Not much of a difference it seems. It's heavier than I thought... I can see my shipping rates go up as time passes, especially with this 8 week sale going on in Singapore now *hangs head* dammit. auds - --- Ruby So wrote: > To all Sydney oztorians... > > Kinokuniya (Sydney store) does have the book - I haven't been to the > store to find that out yet, but according to here: > http://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-bin/bookseaohb.cgi?ISBN=076791676X&AREA=06 > - they are selling it @ $35.98.
