Hi Bevs!!! And hi to all the 'old' kids who've rejoined in the past few days, and those of you who've just made reappearances And, g'day to all the new folks, especially those who remain lurking :) I expect this list to be revived for the next couple of months :) Jas - -- ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 04 Apr 2005 09:03:26 -0700 From: Nadyne Mielke Subject: [oztori] LBW wants you The Tori fanzine "Little Blue World" is interested in getting a one-page review (approximately 750 words) of one of Tori's Australian concerts. If you're interested in writing a review for us, please email me and tell me why you're interested. If we use your review, you will get a free copy of the issue in which your review appears. Also, we're very interested in getting concert photographs. If any of y'all are going to take a camera to one of the shows, check out our artwork submission guidelines to see if you can get us some good photos. If we use one of your photos, you will get a free copy of the issue in which we use those photos. /nm ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 4 Apr 2005 17:10:28 -0700 (PDT) From: "Nathanæl-Quentin" "®" Subject: Re: [oztori] LBW wants you Nadyne Mielke wrote: > The Tori fanzine "Little Blue World" is interested > in getting a one-page > review (approximately 750 words) of one of Tori's > Australian concerts. The stories she told about Tash were sooooo adorable!!!" > If we use your review, you will get a free copy of > the issue in which your review appears. No idea how much tickets will cost. The Sydney Opera House and the Ticketek website (only for the Opera House show) are the only web sites listed my Michael Coppel Presents that have any information at all about the shows. Doing a search on any of the others results in the web sites advising they havn't the slightest idea what you're talking about. I tried giving Ticketmaster7 a call (in relation to the Melbourne show) and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Either MCP is being completely slack, or they released info before everything had been signed and sealed. TF Audrie Tiong wrote: >Heya Bev! Hi All, I've just rejoined oztori after a year-long hiatus because of the tour, so can anyone fill me in on what's been happening and what everybody's plans are? I'm definitely going to the Sydney show and will consider one other like Canberra, depending on finances!! So what's the best way to get tickets if you want to get in early?? Sure, sounds like a plan! I'm most likely going to end up solo at Canberra (unless I find company *hint hint*). With the $110 price ticketek just put on Sydney I'm sure no one I know in Canberra will be interested in coming with me, not at such a price. There's a few Sydney people coming to Canberra too (who used to be on this list) so, you know, anything's possible. > Yeah? Thanks for the advice Jas.
