In the US, William's album debuted in the mid 30's Vs. TOAL at #40. Something to think about. n. ===== "Mother dear, was I such a wicked child That sleep should never come to limbs that ran so wild? All I want is Tori and her Bvse. That is ALL she needs. She could do a series of club shows and have a holiday after she tours. Does she REALISE any of this!?! And ACTUALLY I wouldn't mind her to play Twin Towns at Cooloongatta/Tweedheads, instead of in Brisbane. I went there and saw 'Secret Garden' - the Irish/Norwiegen group and the venue was actually quite fantastic! I had brilliant seats - but I think any seat there would be great. And I got to meet Fionuala and Rolf after the show! It's quite an intimate venue. The stage is just big enough for Tori and a Bvse. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 11 May 2004 11:38:50 +1000 From: AndrewR Subject: [oztori] Rejoice Rejoice, for this is the FIRST time (in i don't know how long) that i have recieved Tori e-mail and NO spam - not even the gibberish ones from Taiwan! So, if people think this is a good idea they can be removed, however, there are some people who read the list through the archives so then they get screwed over. but if anyone is really really for removing the archives to help prevent future spam, as an indirect result of posting to this list, I will remove them. If no one really cares they will stay. The whole 'point' was that it's a strange era we live in where an 'artist' such as William can out-perform Tori. As for being a 'novelty' - William's album doens't come with free stickers and a trinket, I presume. n. ===== "Mother dear, was I such a wicked child That sleep should never come to limbs that ran so wild?
