"Temple of Low Men" and "Together Alone" both by Crowded House. Both are great, but I've just got to say that "Together Alone" is SUCH a fantastic album. I've had it on constant play. Simply Wonderful. I feel a bit guilty this week as I've blown my 'budget' :) on CD buying... all less than normal cost price of course 14.95 each for the two Crowded House CDs I got the Vanessa Carlton CD for cheaper than usual 19.50 - I actually had it for 24.00 but then found it somewhere cheaper the same night (last friday) so I bought it for 19.50 and took the 24.00 copy back to HMV and had to swap it with something - so I got the new Avril Lavigne album. I also (as mentioned) stumbled across that "The Music Shop" in Queen Street's sale and got Macella by Clannad for 10.00, and the first two Cranberries albums for 20.00 each. I had to stop there, but don't you hate it when you run around looking at sales and you have like an armful of CDs that you want to get!?! fuck 19.50 24.00 20.00 20.00 10.00 14.95 14.95 - ----- 123.40 Well that's 7 for the price of 4 Plus, I probably wont get any more CDs until Scuzz'sWalk Andrew The record industry is worried about mp3's!?! ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Sep 2002 00:21:29 GMT From: Rebecca Appleton Subject: Re: [oztori] Andrew's Album of the Week On Wed, 04 Sep 2002 00:12:50 +1000, AndrewR wrote: >The record industry is worried about mp3's!?! > Not while you're around! The Music industry hates me. I rarely by anything anymore and sales of NIN The Downward Spiral must be out of whack since I bought it three times. Everytime a bulk of my CD's got stolen, be it a party or car break in, they would always pinch that one. I'm still trying to replace all the CD's I have lost due to theiving mongrels. ~Bindy Go to: http://www.livejournal.com/users/cancerian/ for Ramblings From The Moon Child _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 3 Sep 2002 19:28:05 -0500 From: clever_tori_reference Subject: [oztori] Honey ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Sep 2002 01:30:51 +0100 (BST) From: =?iso-8859-1?q?Daniel?= Subject: [oztori] OK, don't do this either Put your work trousers in the washing machine with a load of other stuff. PS I missed checking yesterday and today 11am on musicMAX for reruns of Jools, and there was nothing at a few other times that were possibilities. There is still I think it's 6pm tonight, but otherwise it looks like Jools might only be shown the once (ooh, maybe I haven't checked the early hours of the morning). Yeah, it's um... 8:30 or 930, but I was checking for additional air times since it was on multiple times last time but we didn't really know about them (they're not listed in the guide). >BTW, Why did they have to get rid of Music Country/The Soundtrack Channel. >They've replaced it with another fekking sports channel.
