I've decided not to get any of the new mp3 either. But this is purely because I can't be bothered to download them. I have other, more important little weird obsessions at the moment and Tori is just not in there right now... Kate Bush meets Dawson Creek song. I like it. $50 that Epic made her change the title from 'Just another Dead Fag' so as not to offend her seemingly target older audience of this 'record'. *Amber Waves - Good. Verses are the weakest part IMO. More Kate Bush on "you said he's got a healing machine that glows in the dark" right through to the bit about northern lights. Coulda been made in-between Lionheart and Never For Ever. *Pancake - Despite ppl saying this is bland-esque, I really like this one! Reminds me of Edie Brickell for some reason - the bass or something. Love how Tori drags out "eeeeeeeeyeeeeee". Yes, Rattlesnakes meets HIAWG meets After All (the 'eyyyyeeee' bit). *Gold Dust - the one I have probably 'connected' least with thusfar. Sounds very moody/serious. Need to listen more before giving 'informed' comment. Yes on the whole Tori seems more 'subdued' on this album than she has been previously, but I like it so far.
