Yeah, the realm of Mu, was supposed to be a land mass... or group of islands that started off the coast of Japan - or off Okinawa... and well it's believed that it could have existed when the seas were lower, which would point to the last ice-age - or sunk because of plate action/volcanic action of which that area is reknown - since it is on the 'ring of fire' of the Pacific. Some believe that the Mu civilisation stretched from those structures, which I think they've determined as being more or less man-made - - it's basically a temple structure and it mirrors other ancient temple structures found in Japan and China. (Again like the Easter Island heads, or the Incan or the Egyptian pyramids large scale stone structures are involved.) The Greek symbol of "mu" (looks like a 'u' with the first 'upright' going down like a back-to-front 'y') Was found at other possible "mu" structures in Mainland China. Their date and of course location being in China are the WIERD-ARSE aspect as it is well before known Eurpoean contact with the East! The Mu structures might match up with other ancient stone monolithic structures that have been found on various pacific islands like Easter Island (Rapanui) and I think Ponompei (SP?) Which I think is part of Micronesia. These various structures might match up with a vast network of ancient structures across the globe... (This is from another show I caught on Discovery Channel - it was really fascinating...) That a scientist had found that the arrangent of the great pyramids matched the position of the 'belt of orion' stars 10,500 years ago. Also the 'shafts' in the great pyramid line up exactly with various stars such a sirius (where it is said (I think) the first pharoe came from - could have been Osiris) but only matches up 10,500 years ago (well before the pyramids were built.) The Sphinx lines up with the constellation of Leo the Lion, when it rises in the East with the rising sun, 10,500 years ago.) Notice the common number - these thing only took place at that time because of the wobble in the earth's rotation called "precession" and so they used their computer constellation star charts and spun them back until such constellations would fit - i.e. with the belt of orion/or the shafts in the pyramids/the sphinx - and they all ended up lining up 10,500 years ago! The fascinating thing was that this scientist also mapped out other 'large scale structures' like the temple of Angkor Wat in Cambodia - and it matches the constellation of "Draco" the dragon. They tried fitting it into the 'precession' pattern, for when the constellation last appeared directly overhead Ankgor Wat - the last time was 10,500 years ago! Angkor Wat wasn't built until much later, so what was so special about 10,500 years ago!?! I missed the next episode but I believe they were travelling to South America and finding similar discoveries. Quite fascinating! ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 08 Mar 2002 18:24:45 +1000 From: AndrewR Subject: [oztori] Nayth's Take. Bastards. I'm getting a tonne/tun/michael tunn of SPAM in my inbox - most of it in gibberish from fekking taiwan - how did they get my e-mail addy!?! Anyway, I've noticed PHONE SPAM increasing of late. 1. I entered a competition about winning a car - then a thing came in the mail to fill out a questionairre - asking every bizzare detail about yourself you could possibly image *chucks in bin* 2. People from same company ring and ask me if I'd like to accept a holiday for 2 adults and 2 children that I've "won" - Mum told me when the paper thing came in the mail that these people will next ring asking you about this and that it's not really a 'win' or whatever but you go on the holiday and pay for nearly everything (I think that's how it goes) etc. etc. so *click* hang up. 3. Get this old woman at 4pm ringing up about "Oh hello Mr. Rayfield (It's always so hilarious now because they think I'm the home owner) - It's amalgamated pest Control here, did you know the last time you had us spray your house was in July 2000? I knew this was SHITE - since we get a 'small business guy' - have done since we moved into this house) and I said ahhhh no, we had someone from your company here in December - that threw her and she went ooohhh ahhh ok then buy. (she was expecting me to go ohhhh no! please come and stick your hose in my house ;o) So I'm sure she got off the phone and was hurridly looking through her records for our non-existant patronage. 4. I sleep in today, and get rudely awoken - JUST as I got comfortable by this dipshit ringing me saying he's from *speakreallyquicklysoundslikeandimportantbusiness* and saying "Mr. Rayfield" you still live at such and such - and I half asleep say uhhh yeah - - and then he says it's such and such and this is correct and I cut him off and say who is this again and he says some shit about Financial planning or some crap (which I've had before ringing) and that he'd like to send information out to me) then he strikes back up with his last sentence - and your telephone number is still... then I chime in Oh OK thanks, goodbye and he just goes "oh bye!" DICKWIT! Reminds me about the time my Brother a few years ago, answering the door (we have the intercom buzzer thing cause we have a gate) and my brother and I were sleeping in (It was a Saturday morning HEY!) and these people ring the bell, and I hear him get up and answer the intercom - and he sleepily answers them - and they were Jehova's Witness people... and he say "Oh Yeah can you come back later!!!!!!!" OMG! NOOOOOOOOO - I couldn't believe he did that - so sure enough they come back later (probably really eager like they've got a 'catch' and I answer the buzzer this time and they ask for my brother and I just answer them in the one phrase. Not here sorry... Not here sorry... "we'd just like to--" Not here sorry... Not here sorry... "but we have--" Not here sorry... Not here sorry... "OK then bye--" Not here sorry... Not here sorry! LOL! And they've never been back since! LOL! (They'll probably be back, one day. There is a "Kingdom Hall" not too far away. Couldn't my brother have said "OK no thanks" and they would have been on their merry way - but... oh well! LOL! Heh.
