You know, as attractive as a digest looks if you don't want to contend with loads of individual messages, I'd really suggest you stay away from it. It's quite the opposite! Digests are so huge and unwieldy they just seem like a chore to get through, not to mention the fact that you don't feel like a part of the group at all when you're in digest mode and you're getting email hours after it was sent. When you feel like replying, you have to plough through the whole email to make sure nobody's already said what you were going to, and by the time you've reached the end of it, you then have to go back and search the damned thing for the message you wanted to respond to. It's just a bitch! Contrary to what you'd think, individual messages are that much easier to get through, assuming you're using some kind of GUI-based email proggy where you just click delete on one header in the list and the body of the next message appears in an adjacent window. Much easier to delete ones you don't want to read, if that's what you're inclined to do, and also less to read in one go. If you're concerned about oztori stuff clogging up your inbox, get your email prog to sort it into another folder as it comes in. Works like a charm for me. :-) I'm also not at all into the idea of a bulletin board. I'd just never check it.
