They're all just bums and boneheads. My ISP being the slow-arse bastard that it is, I was scrolling through the html before the whole file had downloaded (and hence displayed in my browser) and saw the word "Damage" and thought for one happy instant that they'd buggered up the title and put "Putting the damage on" on it. So nerrr, Holly - I did feel that faintest flicker of hope when I thought Sony might have had the guts to put some really different stuff on an album. :-P Of course, I then only had my er, somewhat negative, expectations reinforced with the realisation that, yes, they're just packaging up a bunch of catchy singles by "alternative" artists and making it as easy as possible for kiddies to be "alternative". The track list (clearly written by someone with an aversion for capital letters, apostrophes and artists' names), for anyone who gives a damn, is: 1 drive 2 a song for the lovers 3 why does my heart feel so bad? 4 no mans woman 5 yellow 6 take a picture 7 cornflake girl 8 lucky star 9 love is a fool 10 pacifier 11 gravity 12 please leave 13 brick 14 happiness 15 traffic 16 consideration 17 you stole the sun from my heart 18 ashes to ashes 19 summertime 20 damage 21 steal my kisses 22 fake plastic trees 23 what its like 24 into your arms 25 protection 26 beautiful sharks 27 cry myself blind 28 shes in fashion 29 love will tear us apart 30 thank you (for loving me at my worst) 31 deep inside of you 32 waterfall 33 wonderwall 34 grace 35 anas song (open fire) 36 classic girl Oh my goodness, lol.
