Here's the big question though - do you think it's really him playing the piano. I'm not convinced - sure I can hear the sound of the pedal thingies (I know lots about pianos as you can see ;) at the end of those songs, but I'm still not convinced. It has to be sampled. I bought that cd today (even though I had the advanced mp3 rip three months ago - will this become the norm with all new release cds?); and I bought tHEY mIGHT bE gIANTS' 'Mink Car' (another bit of genius from the geniuses two and the cover art is insane); and the nice guys at 78s (Perth people only) gave me a free TISM cd so if you like TISM get down there and ask for the free sampler cd and then buy the new album on the 30th (!!); and I looked at Strange Little Girl and was almost tempted but didn't (yes, I do not yet have the cd - haven't even heard one song from it, I'm calling not listening to/buying it my 'exercise in pointless exercises' ;) That's really all. Tho' I love the bits where her hair flows a lot - just like in Hidden Place. Does anyone else think she looks an awful lot like Kate Bush in those bits? That depends what you mean by "standard" - I'm still of the thought that they're "new" and "different" but if you mean less technological and visually exciting/varied then yeah they're not up to the standard.
