(i think i remember this right) eddie comes into saffie's room and wakes her up with a smile and a kiss. saffie's overjoyed that her mum's finally being so nice, and has had the decency to wake her up gracefully on her wedding day. you wonder what the fuck's going on, until eddie whips out some sticky tape and, quick as a flash, waxes saffie's mustache! LMAO. BTW, i heard somewhere that there's gonna be a sequel of sorts to ab fab. whether it's the same characters or merely the same creators is unknown to me, but i read a small interview about it. dan ===== - - But all the time I'm thinking, "If I only had a pair of wings..." - They dress you up in white satin - And In August and Everything After, I'm after everything - - -- Counting Crows ____________________________ Get email alerts & NEW webcam video instant messaging with Yahoo! I don't know if its something else you read, but the ABC screened a few months ago the pilot to a new Jennifer Saunders series called Mirrorball which had all the same cast as AbFab and was made in (IIRC) 1996. Once the one ep was made Saunders realised that the AbFab characters still had life in them so went for a new AbFab series instead. I can see how Mirrorball would have been pretty same-y and definately not as funny (its wierd when one of the funniest moments involves Bonnie Langford, someone you are used to seeing screaming and running away from/towards various monsters in Dr Who. she screams a mean F# though [dr who in-joke]) but the only characters the same were Joanna Lumley's and Saunders'. Julia Sawahalalalahahala [sp?] wasn't as good and June Whitfield's character got tiresome quite quickly. I'm glad they kept on with AbFab. Incidentally, Julia Saw&c... plays a damn good Dr Who assistant. Shame she was only in it for two episodes - and send up comedy charity episodes at that. Joanna Lumley plays a damn good Doctor in same eps too... ooo [i'm watching fireworks] Dan ;) ===== KH: she then knew what she had been born to do. calmly she stepped out of the stream, into her shoes and walked towards [the grassy patch]. she poured some oats right out of the package into the bowl and taped herself to it. she stood in the middle of the field, looked up to the stars and masticated wildly. what blood type do you have? Firstly, Mr. Andrew R, I took no offence there was just trying to allude to the fact that I couldn't remember your name. ;) lol I never tired of listening to Pele. It's a special album for me. I do however tire of listening to the others from time to time, I just need a break from them sometimes. I used to like LE more than UTP but I think that's since done a backflip. Since Nathan mentioned Dolly I felt the need to share this quote: "I'm not offended by all the dumb blond jokes because I know I'm not dumb... and I also know that I'm not blond" ~ Dolly Parton. Hallulejah praise the lord! (hehe.. of course that is a story about the guy from the "Church of Jesus Christ" I ran into on the weekend, but I shall save that for a future email if I can be bothered). Anyway already running late for uni. Hey is it just me or is it bizarre to see people in their late twenties sing songs about being late for high school and having their first girlfriend? Also she's the Webmistress of "a Sophie B. Hawkins"? Does this mean that there are multiple Sophie Bs around the place? Do they all have Webmistresses?
