I typed in oztori@onelist.com! ;o) OK a few things... '97 B&C: Freaky... Scary... all those things. Sad, it's sad. And yeah, you can tell that the Father is some sick southern hick... but then - he's got a story to tell too - but what did the mother do!?! He's still fucked up though. I guess he was beating the wife!?! She pushed him over the edge? She basically says she's in heaven? That she's married God!?! Cause she's now got a stepson - Jesus?? A brother though!?! There are those COOL String Slides... VERY BUFFY! WOOOHOOOO! ;o) It seems as if the first verse is the Father... then the string slide/chorus and the Mother is speaking telling her daughter everything is going to be allright. Is the mother speaking at the VERY start though? Then back to the Father. The father is making out to this girl that there is nothing wrong with the mother. Ugh. A twisted, scarey but ultimately thought-provoking song that - is well... twisted. A GREAT TRACK! Strange Little Girl: (Not Grill ;o)) I LOVE IT, I really LOVE IT!!!!! It is such a - as mentioned earlier 'summer' feeling song. It is quite a happy/fun song. Especially after having '97 Bonnie and Clyde preceeding it. This song has definately grown on me... At first is sounded a bit... OK, but then IT WAS FANTASTIC! Heart of Gold: Well, I don't know what to think of it at the moment. It sounds to me very... wild... but ultimately same-ish?? It feels trancy!?! Sorta Raspberry Swirlish - and when you can't understand the lyrics clearly... esp. compared to SLG. So SLG is a VERY uplifting sounding song Heart of Gold is a very - emotionless (at the moment) grey song. '97 Bonny and Clyde - is dark, and full on. I haven't heard the originals of ANY of these songs - so they are all Tori songs to me. (Although in the back of my head - there is something saying - something here isn't Tori only remember) or something ;o) Ummmm. Had to wade through 90+ posts to get to this point. MISSSSED BJORK VIDEOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOO. Hmmm. Reguard SLG... the actual album - I was at a music store here in BrisVegas - - at Chermside called "Sounds" anyway they had a chart of new releases coming out for the rest of the year. They of course they had the New Tori Album. I don't know if this is old news or not - but the way it was printed was (no capitals, no spaces) strangelittlegirls - The other albums had capitals and spaces etc. Should I e-mail the Dent about this!?! AndrewRRrrrrrrr. Mon DIEU! It's ten to six in the freaking morning... Heart of Gold: The original is just damn annoying...but Tozza's version is quite good! SLG: Well I luv this song!! I've got it on repeat!!!! YAY!!!! Sorry...I really like this song.... YES!!! who the hell drives like that??? you guys have the strangest roads down there - whats with getting in the right lane to turn left (or however it goes...) strange strange strange!!! And Brisbane trains are hard to work out too - i missed a train when i first got to brisbane because the screens on the platform made it look like it was another train - but i found out after it pulled away that it was actually mine! Hi everyone! Firstly... I feel SO seedy. Turned out I was drunk like, almost all weekend. I'm not an alcoholic, I just party a bit too much. Yesterday was awful, went to a luncheon thing for a priests' 50th anniversary since he joined the priesthood, at the very suave Brighton International - all you can drink - needless to say I was in bed at 5pm yesterday and slept from then until 9am this morning. UGH. I need food... Meanwhile... Do you think that the three songs that have snuck out of the album are the only three we'll hear until the album is released (except for those who get pre-release copies and put them up on the net?). Kate moaned, >YES!!! who the hell drives like that??? you guys have the strangest >roads down there - whats with getting in the right lane to turn left >(or however it goes...) strange strange strange!!! Well, you see, if you were sitting in the middle of the road waiting to turn right, you would get poleaxed by a tram, which would hurt. A lot. It happened to a friend of mine. Trams, when they crash into something, can't swerve or anything (for obvious reasons!) so they just continue on ploughing through whatever. Melbourne has nice roads, lots of freeways, and everyone here speeds so you get to where you want to go a lot faster.
