Not really related.. but on the topic of doing 'stupid and childish things'... Late last year I was supposed to be going to a meeting with someone in Melb, only we went to the street of the same name in the WRONG suburb.. and so we spent ages walking round the shops in Sth. Melbourne.. and ended up buying bubblegum from one of those 20 cent machines outside a newsagents.. lol.. But then we ran out of change and so I had to go in to change a $5 note into 20 cent pieces so we could get more gum.. hehhe. All said to the shopkeeper with a mouthful of about 3 gumballs, mind you! And no, we had not taken any substances beforehand. We then grabbed my friend's sister and went into an 'adult' store looking for a pair of fluffy handcuffs for her friend (don't ask), and missed our meeting altogether. Tori content - get in with a bubblegum trade. My block of flats has a really nice little treed area out the front...we could decorate it a la Tori Amos...I'm sure I can rustle up a barbie somewhere! Let me know. Where is "HERE"? [not "In your head" i hope...although that could be interesting. we could have apple green icecream!] > My > block of flats has a > really nice little treed area out the front...we > could decorate it a la Tori > Amos...I'm sure I can rustle up a barbie somewhere! Not to rain on your parade [or fundraising party as the case may be] but wouldn't a block of flats have a noise issue? And, since I see us ticketing the event to ensure that we do actually raise some sort of money, if we do go ahead with the fundraising, wouldn't a gardeny thing be a little difficult to police? Thoughts, RIGHT NOW!
