I was just thinking about you last week. I was working in our Frankfurt office with a group of guys from our London office. (I was the lone Texan. ;-) Anyway, we were discussing everyone's commute to work. (Some of those guys commute a LONG way to get to work in London!!) I was trying to recall the name of the town where you live and couldn't for the life of me! And, while we're on the topic of Dave, his tunes are in rotation in my iPod along with the Dels and all varieties of musical genius. I hope you're all well. debbie Jane Armstrong wrote: > Speaking of Darren's tribute CD, where's the second one? Was > there not > enough material in the end to compile one? Darn! Richard and I never DID get around to recording our song for the second tribute CD. I'll be seeing him this weekend so I might broach the subject again. However, he's got his finger in so many pies at the moment - lead guitarist for both John Otway and Eddie and The Hot Rods as well as doing continuity work for Channel 4 TV, the odd gig backing Boothby Graffoe and taking care of his 2 year old daughter when her mother is working! Maybe he can fit it in sometime after Otway's 2006 world tour!! I'd also like to add my compliments to Dave Sills - it is a truly lovely album and I must dig it out again and give it a spin.
