If any of you visit Columbia, South Carolina, come see me. I have the locals trained here now. They love Del Amitri at my favorite pub. The owner or servers will more often than not play the entire Hatful of Rain when I go there. I've just turned one of the bartenders onto Twisted, so that's in rotation now. I hope all's well with you.... I also keep hearing the Dels all the time, especially in grocery stores. Somebody in grocery store radio programming apparently loves Not Where It's At. If any of you visit Columbia, South Carolina, come see me. I have the locals trained here now. They love Del Amitri at my favorite pub. The owner or servers will more often than not play the entire Hatful of Rain when I go there. I've just turned one of the bartenders onto Twisted, so that's in rotation now. I've been playing that American Masters thing a lot when I'm driving around; I like the choice of songs on it better than the Greatest Hits cds. We hear Del Amitri here in the sunny Georgia too - just last week my daughter and I were in Kohl's when "Not Where It's At" came on and we both started singing along. Yeah, I know - I've trained the kid good. I never think of you without remembering the boom box under the table at the Duke of Perth.
