That's interesting. I would have thought that the band had a *responsibility* to keep their fans informed of exactly what was happening (or in Del Amitri's case, not happening). I would have also thought it might be in their own interests to do that as well. Still, what do I know? Anyone want to try to tackle that question? Jason, Dirk, Allison, anyone? I, for one, would and will purchase this disc if and when it is released, even if I have to buy it in the U.K. and pay for shipping to the states. Also, does anyone connected to this board have any real information as to the project details and release plans? I co-admin www.t-n-m-s.com which is a european fan site for Rush, Sanctuary are releasing the new Rush in Rio DVD (out in the UK on Nov 24th currently NUMBER 1 music DVD in the States). We're getting some cinema screenings for the DVD accross the UK sorted out. But I could be totally wrong, I was pretty pissed. I'm sure someone else could give better details. I am learning playing the guitar at the moment, and I am able to play some fine Del tunes by now, but only because I've got all the chords out of the internet. I'm not good enough to extract the chords out of a song by listening to it. Is anyone on this list able to determine which chords are used in "I had a drink about you last night"? Dave, possibly? :-) Dirk ------------------------------ End of oppositeview-digest V5 #145 **********************************
