Tony Of course my reports on the Cardiff City will be biased, if only because they're largely for Cardiff City fans with a heavy accent on that. I'm sure your website reports are similar. As for our fans at Ninian, with great respect, it all sounds a little ironic and 'whiter than white' coming from QPR. After all, Cardiff fans had a terrible experience at QPR (admittedly, not helped by your less than friendly police and their ludicrous decision to move the game to a Friday night meaning other London fans could turn up for "fun". More than that, our club hasn't suffered pitch invasions (how many at Loftus Road?), we haven't needed F.A. investigations or the threat of points being deducted due to the misbehaviour of our fans or had our Chief Executive trying to stop fans from going to games. I wouldn't try to sound so sanctimonious on that point at all. Yes Cardiff have, and always will have a reputation, but we have had no incidents at all this season home or away. We have worked hard to put it right. As for Sunday's game - Tony you will be outsung, don't disillusion yourself. Tell me about it next Monday. Langley, even by your manager's own admission, deserved his yellow cards and sending off. It is harsh he misses out but what he did within a minute of each other is down to his own temperament, not dodgy refereeing. Now who's being ludicrously bias? I agree though that Langley is a fantastic player, I think he's the best in the division (along with our Earnie and Gabbi). Congrats on making the Final this weekend, whichever of our teams go up will do well in Div 1 I'm sure. I don't think there's much to choose between us and so much will depend on bottle and luck. Since you won at Ninian tho, we have Danny Gabbidon and Gareth Whalley back after 5 months absent, they make a fantastic difference to the team. Before they got injured, we'd only lost 1 of our opening 18 matches and were clear at the top. It's a different Cardiff side so that result is no more an indicator than our 4-0 win at your place, both count for nothing. It's no coincidence that now they're back - we played the Top 3 four times over the last weeks drawing with Wigan and Crewe, beating Bristol and only conceding a single goal. Game on -enjoy next week, it'll be an amazing experience whatever happens. ------------------------------ End of oppositeview-digest V5 #75 *********************************
