Have had a great couple of days seeing the Proclaimers on Tuesday night and Luka Bloom last night (Wednesday). Proclaimers were awesome playing lots of the old faves as well as songs from their new album, with their trademark intensity. Luka is certainly an interesting fellow as well as being very funny and a fine performer. Australia's own Jodi Martin supported Luka and she's another fine composer of songs and you can check out some of her tracks at www.jodimartin.com It's great to be able to see some international artists, especially the kind of people who are little outside of the mainstream. If this keeps up maybe we'll even get to see the Dels in Sydney (Ha!). Just thought i'd pass that one on.
