My copy arrived on Friday. Have only listened to it briefly - but very much liked what I heard. I was very impressed by Dave's contributions to the Tribute Disc, which is why I checked out "Sometimes Nothing". I certainly wasn't disappointed. And as an aside - CDBaby are one of the best on-line companies I've dealt with. It's worth ordering from them just for the very amusing emails they send out!! Just a heads up for anyone who is a fan. Josh Rouse's new album, _Under Cold Blue Stars_ gets its international release today (18th Feb) and U.S. release tomorrow (19th Feb). Josh Rouse is one hell of a songwriter and if you haven't heard him, give him a shot and swing by a store where you can listen to the new record, or I believe you can listen to samples at the Rykodisc website. Just go to Josh's home page (http://www.joshrouse.com) and there's a link under the _Under Cold Blue Stars_ heading, I believe. He's an amazing performer, and he's touring England right now including a London date I know so check the tour schedule to see if he's coming near. I saw him at the Borderline solo last fall and he was stellar. :) josh. The showed the new video on Then and Now on VH1 this afternoon. I'm pretty certain that they repeat the show at 7pm - so hopefully it will be on again then. It was an hour long show (3-4pm) and it was the last video shown. They showed Nothing Ever Happens with Justin and Iain circa Twisted talking about it - but they didn't have an up-to-date interview to go with the song (unlike all the others they showed). It's a strange video - oddly amusing using the models in the photos posted to the Diary about a footballer's wife (very topical) who was sitting at home pining whilst he was out playing the match and then visiting a lap dancing club and getting on the front page of the tabloids, so she threw him out (though she still loved him). It the first time I've heard the song properly (apart from a snippet played to me by Kev at the end of the phone). I'm not too sure about it on first hearing. It's a little funky for me - but it has some good keyboards and of course there's Justin's voice and lyrics. We'll have to see if it grows on me. Not sure Nigel will approve!!! Sarah I think it's more than likely that it will be repeated. The reason I was taping it today (typical - they show it when I'm off collecting the kids from school) was because someone on Alison's board had said it was on Than and Now last week (on the 7pm show). I've been watching/taping it daily ever since. A lot of the songs which were on today were played yesterday (Natalie Imbruglia, Alanis Morrissette for example) and I think they have a set number which they "mix and match" daily. So it's worth taping the 3pm show every day for the next week or so just in case.
