Well, it's certainly MUCH better than those old fogey letters you had on that picture, Kevin! so, this is version 02.1, is it? I also liked the HoR scribbles, they reminded me of the first album's scribbles. I don't think the band need a "corporate identity", could you imagine them NOT changing looks, etc, every time you see them? It's more fun this way, waiting to see what their new looks look like. Some of you may remember Josh as the opening act for the Dels back in 1995(?). Thankfully, Josh had pressed ahead and re-recorded anyway just before he went into the hospital. Now, 2 years after he passed away, Josh's friends and family are promoting "Spirit Touches Ground" for him. It will be released Feb 12 on the Dreamworks label. Re my post of the 6th purchases from www.amazon.co.uk and www.hmv.co.uk both count towards UK chart position, and so are the best places to go. You may well get it cheaper at www.cd101.com though. Well there's no point in using CDNOW, because Dream Theater are number 1 and 2 in the charts! Oh yeah, how cool (well, maybe not for non-DT fans). Anyway it just goes to show how the internet can be used for marketing. DT has such a huge online fanbase, and marketing to that and getting albums to the top of the charts in such a major chain makes publicity itself. If only the Dels could market the internet (it's cheaper as well)..... Cheers Chris Jane Armstrong wrote: > Oops - - you're right! Sorry !!!
