In my inbox this morning: >> Go to www.barrowdowns.com to find out 'Who Was I in Middle Earth?' (Lord of the Rings) Turns out I was a Annoying Huorn (yes, I'm sure my 'friends' will agree with that!! lol) Also in my inbox was all the OV stuff, so I got curious (!): Iain Harvie was a Sad Goblin Andy Alston was a Prancing Half-elf ... and my favourite: Justin Currie was an Irksome Elven Maiden I always wondered about that dress!! lol Have fun! Your guess as to the pronunciation is as good as mine... As of this afternoon, I can now view BBC America on the tube but being the techno-idgit that I be, it'll probably be awhile before I even know how to turn the tv on with this new controller... If there are any programmes scheduled that will have Del Amitri on them, will somebody please prompt me?? I see on the show listings something about Jools Holland which I think some of you here have mentioned. Can't help with the technical stuff, sorry - I'm barely able to work the computer!! lol Love the elf name - mine is Belethheruiel which is a bit more pronoucable. The real revelation, though, is that I used to date an Overgrown Black Nzmenorean... explains SO much!! lol I would really recommend the madlibs on the same site - had tears rolling down my face earlier. 'Pink' is not a colour that works well in dramatic prose!! I went for Hobbit names and mine is Adelard Boffin from Girdley Island and I'm a Eavesdropping Rohirrim. Well, no wonder with a sister who is a Talkative Dragon called Mirabella Goodbody from Willowbottom and a father called Frodo Whitfoot from Hobbiton who is a Dancing Black Nymenorean!
