I will be visiting London Nov. 21-28 and would like to meet people on the list! I just emailed Jane off-list to begin trying to coordinate something, which will most likely be (because of plans that have already been arranged on my behalf by my friend who I'm visiting) for Fri. Nov. 23 (best) or possibly the evening of Sun. Nov. 25 (okay). Please email me privately if either of those dates seem like a possibility for anyone. Debbie, will you be making your way back south at the end of your visit? A couple of weeks ago, I finally had a Del Amitri reference on East Enders (the shows I get are about 2-1/2 years old). "Cry to Be Found" was playing in Pat's cafi. I was thrilled, because I've just been waiting for something to crop up after reading others' comments on the subject. I'm really pretty much "winging" it except for the 15th of December when I know for certain that I'll be in Glasgow. Will you be travelling outside of London at all or are you only in the UK for the week? I still need to make my hotel reservations, but wouldn't you know it...I'm staying in probably the only hotel in Glasgow that doesn't do online reservations. LOL I guess I'll have to break down and make that long distance call. Knowing my luck they'll be booked up then or be closed then or something like that. :-) Have a great trip! debbie - --- Kelly Doudna wrote: > Hello to London-area OVers.
