I agree that SOSP was a pretty "eh" title as well, in fact I still cringe when I read it. And I guess record companies have lots of people who study the buying influence titles have on the public, so I'm not worried about the name...I think. Onto another matter...Kevin, I never thought I'd say this, but...I WANT ONE TOO!!!!!! Count Krystal in amongst those wonderful corporate giants; I was having lunch with my son in Marietta recently when we both stopped in mid-munch as the strains of 'Last to Know' came wafting in over the sound of sizzling little burgers and frothy Cokes being dispensed. It was a magic moment indeed. The Krystal ads on tv say 'fresh, hot, small, square', don't they? Hey, that would be a better album title than what Justin picked out. > Now if I could only find a ringtone for Roll to Me............. Yeah! And I'd love the first 4 notes of 'Not Where Its At'!! I agree with you entirly Helen, unfortunatley the posters will be over crowded with this title and it sure don't feel the same "whoosh" as "Twisted". Anyway, having been one of the lucky view to have heard most the tracks, I can say you won't be dissapointed and please don't let the title be a downer on the most anticipated release since the last one (is that a bushism?). Can you do me good? You bet it can! I submitted a research proposal centered around Del Amitri for my linguistics class, and it was approved! She actually thinks it'll be a really interesting study (which it better be as I have to write 20+ pages on it...) Anyways, I'm looking into different variants of English and how they disappear in song...I might use some Sting, some U2, but mainly, Del Amitri, a) because when I saw them in concert Justin could have been speaking German for how much I understood, and b) I have most of the things I need to research already. I'm doing a lot of phonetic transcribing of interviews, comparing that to the phonetics of his songs. I do have Let's Go Home, as well as some other interviews, but if there are others they could help me get a hold of, I'd really appreciate it! Especially if we know of anyplace where Justin actually reads some lines from a song, so I could compare line for line how the points of articulation differ... email me off list, and if you're absolutely dying to read it, I'll let you know when it's done... My personal favourite is the name for the B-sides collection 'Lousy with love' kind of sums up the thread of all the songs really. As far as this name goes it's not as bad as some recent bands album titles, and lets face it DA did write a great song unfortunately titled 'The first rule of love', now that makes me go urgh! Also, my little band have begun to move into the realms of writing our own material, so throw some song titles at me so in 3 years when you are all on our mailing list you wont be disappointed with the titles, coz you thought of 'em!!!!!
