Three answers for same question : I wouldn't have expected something (or anything) like that. And what quick answers, too. Jane, I really don't mind meeting up for a Del amitri concert when the time has come for them to introduce their new album to us. The man who advises not to show himself so in love in Behind... is the same guy who, after trying to hide that he is really in love, has to send someone to tell all that regret things to the girl that he has lost because of his fear to say what he really feels. At first, Currie recommends not to tell her that you need her, that you care, that she meens everything to you.... Finally, he is so broken down that he needs another person to tell her that he was a stupid to hide all his feelings (Sometimes I think too much, but say nothing at all). God! We girls love that kind of stuff (Really sensitive guys hidden because they are afraid to feel the pain of being hurt; tough skin but love-melt heart... Uuuummmm....) And Justin Currie, I guess, knows that.... ;-) Thanks for all those bitter-sweet and true stories about life, love and regret. They make us feel less lonely and helpless, and a little bit more up to keep the blues at bay... Unfortunately we will probably get the usual Dels reviews from all the magazines. I.e. 'They write beautiful songs....blah...blah...one of the great singer song writers....blah...blah....evocative voice...blah....blah....not trendy enough. Two out of Five' Nothing wrong with Definately Maybe. In fact its the best album of the lot. Before they all bought their mansions and ponced around with 'popstars'. In my CD player at the moment is actually another great Scottish band. I've got 'It doesn't matter anymore' by 'The Supernaturals' in there.
