Bring on those questions.... between Kevin & Jane & Darren, I think they'll be able to answer just about anything. Thanks Susan for the graciousness! First line of questioning begins now! Two for the best of collection "hatful of rain"... Why was "hatful of rain" not included? Some cruel moment of irony, but it was not a single you say, then why call it hatful of rain? A truly "best of" would have included it! At the moment I am listening to my vinyl of the debut, "sticks and stones girl" is playing, God I love vinyl! Don't think I am old, you don't have to be to enjoy vinyl! Does anyone know if the band's first indie single "sense sickness" way back in 82, is available anywhere? I'll be back! take care, rob ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 16 Nov 2000 01:33:24 -0600 From: Leah D Schenkenberg Subject: Re: OV: I'm Here! I believe it was because the record company picked the name arbitrarily...after singles89:98 was taken? I'm not sure on that...someone else here should know for sure. I swore I had an MP3 of Sense Sickness, but it was "the Difference is" that I was thinking of. I'm not sure if that's around or not, but the people here would be the ones to let you know. But, they put their foot down and said "NO" to singles 8998. >I swore I had an MP3 of Sense Sickness, but it was "the Difference is" >that I was thinking of. They're out there, but they're few and far between. Keep an eye on Ebay, as it shows up there every once in awhile. I'm new to this merry little band but thought I should introduce myself. Have been listening to the Dels since 'Waking Hours' hit the shops, and loved 'em ever since. All my friends think I'm either mad or sad but I don't care. Jim ------------------------------ End of oppositeview-digest V2 #160 **********************************
