Yes I can. A few years back he married our own Caroline Bellach in a quiet little Oahu beach ceremony attended only by relatives. They had two children, Andrew and Nigel. You have probably seen both of them posting their disjointed ramblings here from time to time. Sadly the boys were both abducted by aliens as young children, and the long term exposure to cosmic rays and alien medical experiments left them aging at an extreme rate, a process that can only be held in check by the intake of vast quantities of alcohol. The distress of losing two children eventually led to the breakup of the marriage, and Ashley turned to jazz for solace, while Caroline went on to a lucrative career as a video game model. Being a London lad he was quite used to beating on things which led to him becoming a drummer. He is the current leader of a popular movement of drummers that believe hanging your tongue out of our mouth while drumming gets you more girls. As it so happens the olympic torch relay (which has snaked its way across the country) will run past my house today. Heres the cunning plan. I am going to done my best Del T-shirt and at the right moment burst through the croud and grab the torch and run away with it. Imagine the publicity the Dels will get. And if I run fast enough there may be a place in the 400m for me. Gold! Gold! Gold! to Del Amtri!! Just wondering if anyone knows where the Jackson Heights in 'Surface Of The Moon' is. It'd make my week if it were the one in NYC. And if so, what connection to it does the Group have to it? (please be kind, it's my first post) Thanx. Greg in Jackson Heights. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 22 Aug 2000 08:31:48 +0100 From: "Jane Armstrong" Subject: OV: UK Fans BBQ this weekend A final plug for our annual Dels BBQ in Bracknell. All OV'ers are welcome - and if you'd like to join us, please email me asap so I can get some idea of numbers for catering purposes. We've had a great time at the last two - and it's a good opportunity to do some trading as well. If you want to come, and need instructions please go to http://www.the-armstrongs.junglelink.co.uk/BBQ.html We're on the main Waterloo to Reading train line too - so you can get to us easily by public transport. As in past years, we will also be holding a live web chat in my chat room (URL below) and I hope that some of our American friends, as well as those of you in the UK who can't make it, will be able to join in with us. This will start at 3pm (which is 10am EST) and will probably go on for a couple of hours so you lot on the West Coast don't have to get up at the crack of dawn. Just don't expect any sort of coherence from this end as a fair amount of alcohol will more than likely have been consumed (by some people more than others - you know who you are!!!) I hope a few of you lurkers will come along and get to meet us - we don't bite!
