Well I'm not one of those who gave any support: I filed a scathing report with the Florida Better Business Bureau ~ I wanted somebody's head on a platter for the way they totally ignored my backorder for over a year!!! I did finally get my $25 back thank goodness, so at least its all resolved with my order. Thanks for the update, Libby, I'm glad to know what happened.
