I went to the www.king-biscuit.com site and they had a listing for Oxygen Records. Isn't that the same label that released the Del's Swimming with your boots on bootleg? If I remember correctly, they were located in Eastern Europe somewhere but are now defunct. I would assume that this is just a coincidence? Anyone have any info? (No Dels) >I'm sure Ed knows what I'm talking about... Hmmmm. Which exactly are my qualifications for this little love fest? Anyway, since you brought it up: http://www.king-biscuit.com It is still a functioning entity, still airing concerts, and you can now purchase cd's of previous shows, dating back to the bad old '70's. BTW Phil, this show does air in your neighborhood. Now, this show is actually a take-off of a much older radio show that dates back to the golden age of radio in the '40's. The original show, (which btw also still airs), featured "race" records, now known as "blues." You can learn more about this here: http://www.kingbiscuit.com/ See ya in the taper's section.
