I checked my archives yesterday and I could not find anything, that's why I was thinking about a TV program. As the Canyon was home to many musicians, it could be possible that there is more than one documentary... The one I have is archived as 2012 I need to check the JM.com Vincenzo It looks like the documentary clip Vincenzo linked is rather from Legends of the Canyon (2013).
