Ethiopia remains my favorite track on the album. Yours?B Hard to say. Really like all of them. I would say the title song, more than any other Joni song, pops into my head unsolicited. And who dosen't think of Shiny Toys standing in line at the Dollar Store. Love the simple joys part, with the boy walking with "the man with a toupe and the man with his head shaved". Really like Joni's bold, assertive, exhilirating singing and approve of Dolbys influence for the overall sound. Like Joni found her groove in the 80's. Offers lots to think about. Love Live the Dog! After all these B years, I'm still wondering if she says telephone screamers or screeners in Free Man in Paris, the studio version. It really, really sounds like screeners to me, and always has, even though it is printed as screamers.Jeff ------------------------------ End of onlyJMDL Digest V2014 #613 ********************************* ------- Post messages to the list by clicking here:mailto:joni@smoe.org Unsubscribe by clicking here: mailto:onlyjoni-digest-request@smoe.org?body=unsubscribe
