I don't have any other details. You may remember that Toller Cranston was the highly regarded figure skater that appeared in the photographs used in the album package and songbook photos for Hejira. Scott Hamilton was visibly upset by the news and weeped through the delivery of this sad news. Please rest in peace, Toller Cranston. Thank you for your grace.
